– Over 3 years at Formstack Documents (Document automation solution for businesses) I boosted the conversion rate from 4% to 9% by launching an enhanced drag-and-drop Document Builder, redesigning the home page, and improving user experience for non-technical users.

– At Skycatch (drone automation platform for mines) I saved 50 hours of manual effort per month by implementing a self-service firmware update feature, improving customer experience.

– At Oracle I reduced manual support efforts by 80% by spearheading the implementation of a self-service demo environment booking system, supporting over 10,000 environments

How I work:

Before we get to the work history I wanted to share at a high level what areas I specialize and thrive in. The goal is to showcase how I work with teams to drive customer and business growth depending on the specific needs of a product and team. Here’s where I mostly focus:

Product and growth leadership: Building and coaching empowered teams in safe, fulfilling environments. Developing systems and structures for teams to have the strategic context they need to move quickly to meet the needs of customers and the business. Ethical focus on growing revenue sustainably.

Product management: Developing product vision and strategy, making sure teams work on the right opportunities for customers and the business, designing and executing on insights driven roadmaps.

Team topologies and development process design: Understanding the needs of developers and the rest of the business, and collaborating with engineering leaders to design a team structure and development process that fits the culture of the organization and gets everyone involved in an appropriate way.

Keep the Saw Sharp: I continuously learn about new technologies, competitors and the market to provide good guidance to the team and to add value to customers based on their current challenges and with the the best technology that fixes their problems

Formstack Documents (Nov 2020 – Sep 2023) – Remote (United States)
Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager for Formstack Documents responsible of managing the full lifecycle of new features of the product.

Achievements:

  • Boosted conversion rate from 4% to 9% by launching an enhanced drag-and-drop Document Builder, redesigning the home page, and improving user experience for non-technical users
  • Increased the production of documents from 6M to 15M and NPS improvement from 40 to 70 by leading the design and migration of the on-prem architecture to the cloud using AWS
  • Developed the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Formstack Documents division, aligning key stakeholders.

Technical Product Manager for the Edge1, responsible of managing the full lifecycle of new features

Achievements:

  • Saved 50 hours of manual effort per month by implementing a self-service firmware update feature, improving customer experience.
  • Drove an 8% revenue increase by launching the Skycatch Vision Library, enabling the creation of 3D models from drone data in offline environments
